关于做好2022届本科毕业留学生电子图像采集工作的通知（境内留学生）
各学院、2022届本科毕业留学生：
本次通知针对在境内的2022届本科毕业留学生，境外学生具体安排另行通知。
根据中国教育部办公厅、新华社办公厅（教学厅[2002]5号）文件精神，所有高校毕业生的电子图像信息与学历证书信息一起上网供社会查询，毕业生电子图像由新华社浙江分社统一来校采集，并提供8张2寸彩色照片用于毕业证书和学位证书的制作。根据新华社浙江分社的安排，现将有关具体事项通知如下：
1、拍摄成本费20元/人，缴费时间：2021年10月26日12：00-2021年11月1日16：00 ，请务必按时缴费（无法参加拍摄者请勿缴费），未缴费者将无法参与拍摄。缴费步骤如下：
（1）手机端登录 www.bwgs.zjut.edu.cn/phone，登录时请使用本机移动数据流量，勿连接校园WiFi，账户名为本人学号，密码为护照号码后六位，登录成功后核对是否为本人；
（2）登录成功后，选择名为“浙江工业大学2022届本科毕业生电子图像采集缴费”的缴费项目，点击报名，按照系统提示在支付宝缴费，费用标准20元；
（3）缴费成功后，查看生成的二维码，请截图保存，用于拍摄现场验证。
（4）缴费过程出现问题的，请及时前往所在专业学院，在专业学院指导下操作。
2、请本科毕业留学生按规定时间准时到拍摄场地拍摄，同时请携带护照及学生证：
屏峰校区：拍摄时间：2021年11月1日（星期一）15:45-17:00
拍摄地点：第5组（广知楼B407教室）。
3、拍照步骤：
（1）找到规定的拍摄地点，有秩序无喧哗排队，将缴费时生成二维码截图的图片展示在手机上，屏幕亮度调高；
（2）出示学生证，按排队顺序凭二维码在工作人员处验证缴费信息。验证成功后出示护照，在《全国高校毕业生信息采集学生名单》上登记学号与姓名，字迹必须工整，签完领取拍摄序号；
（3）严格按照登记顺序等候拍照，不得错位；
（4）物品随身携带，拍完照片马上离开现。乖谂恼障殖《毫、大声喧哗。
4、若不缴纳拍摄成本费或不参加电子图像采集，将无法进行网上电子注册学历信息，无法制作毕业证书和学位证书，后果自负。
5、拍照注意事项：
请留学生按照新华社影像采集要求整理个人形象，避免拍摄失误。之前已经参加过毕业生电子图像采集而且纸质照片没有丢失的同学，无需再参加拍摄。
采集照片要求：
① 人物姿态与表情：坐姿端正，表情自然，双眼自然睁开并平视，耳朵对称，左右肩膀平衡。
② 眼镜：常戴眼镜者应佩戴眼镜，但不得戴有色(含隐形、美瞳)眼镜，镜框不得遮挡眼晴，眼镜不能有反光。
③ 佩饰及遮挡物：不得使用头部覆盖物(宗教、医疗和文化需要时，不得遮挡脸部或造成阴影)。不得佩戴耳环项链等饰品。
④ 头发不要有碎发，不能遮挡眉毛、眼睛和耳朵。不宜化妆。脸部注意不要过油，不要高光高亮，嘴唇自然闭合。
⑤ 衣着：穿衬衫（最好白色有领衬衫），如果没有，穿浅色有领衣服（颜色单一不要花哨），应与背景色区分明显。不要穿蓝色、紫色、黄色、绿色、粉色的衣服，避免复杂图案、条纹。
6、个人散拍：
2022届毕业留学生因故确实无法在参加学校统一组织的电子图像采集的，请自行前往新华社浙江分社进行补拍。拍摄后请将纸质照片交至屏峰健B405。院校代码：10337

Notice on Electronic Image Acquisition of 2022 International Graduates (For Students In China)
Oct. 26th, 2021
To all colleges and 2022 international graduates it may concern:
This notice is for 2022 international graduates in China. For International graduates abroad, the specific arrangements will be notified separately.
According to the Office of Chinese Education Ministry and Office of Xinhua News Agency document (order No. 5[2002] of Teaching Office), all college graduates need to send information of electronic image and of education certificates online for social inquiry. Zhejiang branch of Xinhua News Agency will collect graduates’ electronic images on campus and offer eight 2 inch chromotypes to make graduate certificate and diploma. According to the arrangement of Zhejiang branch of Xinhua News Agency, the specific items are as follows:
1. The cost is 20￥ per capita. The time of payment: From 12:00, Oct. 26th, 2021 to 16:00, Nov. 1st, 2021. Please pay the shooting fee on time (students who cannot participate in shooting needn’t to pay the fee.), and students who don’t make the payment cannot participate in shooting. The payment steps are as follows:
1) Log in the website www.bwgs.zjut.edu.cn/phone on mobile. When logging in, please use mobile data and do not connect WiFi on campus. The account is your student number and the password is the last six numbers of your passport. Please check your identity after logging in.
2) Chose the item “浙江工业大学2022届本科毕业生电子图像采集缴费”(Payment of Electronic Image Acquisition of 2022 Graduates of ZJUT) for registration, paying the fee under the guidance of the system with Alipay. The payment is 20￥.
3) Return to system after paying the fee and check the QR code generated. Please screenshot the QR code for the later verification in the shooting venue.
4) If any problems occur during the payment, please go to the major college and operate under the guidance of teachers from major college.
2. International graduates must arrive at the shooting venue on schedule. Please take your passport and student card:
Pingfeng Campus: Time: November 1st, 2021(Monday) 15:45-17:00 p.m.
Place: Guangzhi Building B Room 407 (Group 5).
3. Shooting steps:
1) Find the designated shooting venue and quietly line up in order. Show the screenshot picture of the QR code generated after payment on the phone and make the mobile screen brighter.
2) Show the student ID and verify the payment information at the staff in the order of lining with your QR code. After verification, show your passport and register your student number and name on the “List of Information Acquisition of National College Graduates” with neat fonts. Then, take the serial number of photographing.
3) Wait to take photos in order on the list strictly, and don’t dislocate.
4) Carry your personal articles with you and leave immediately after you finish. You mustn’t hang about and talk loudly.
4. If you do not attend this acquisition or do not pay the shooting, you cannot register electronic academic degree information online and cannot make graduate certificates and diploma on your own account.
5. Matters needing attention:
International students should arrange personal images according to the requirements of Xinhua News Agency, so as to avoid shooting errors. Students who have previously participated in electronic image acquisition don't need to participate again if the photos are still there.
Personal posture and expression: sitting upright, with natural expression, eyes open naturally and looking straight, symmetrical ears, balanced left and right shoulders.
For male students: Professional clothes such as monochrome clothes with a collar; Neat hairstyle; Shaved; Show eyebrows, eyes and ears; No yellow, blue, purple, green, pink and sleeveless clothes; No ornaments; No hats; No Cosmetic contact lenses or Tinted glasses.
For female students: Professional clothes such as monochrome clothes with a collar; Neat hairstyle; Show eyebrows, eyes and ears; No yellow, blue, purple, green, pink and sleeveless clothes; No ornaments; No hats; No heavy makeup; No Cosmetic contact lenses or Tinted glasses.
6. Personal shoot:
For 2022 international graduates who missed this massed acquisition due to some reasons, please go to Zhejiang Branch of Xinhua News Agency on your own to make up for the shot. Please submit the photos to Jianxing B405, Pingfeng campus. University code:10337
